First let’s be clear about what makes a mini. Traditionally minis are quilts made up of blocks 4" or less in size with any borders, sashing, appliqué, quilting or embellishment in proportion/scale with the size of the blocks. There are folks that might say that they are 12 to 1 proportionally, but that is an engineer or architectural scale and, while it may be used for minis, it is not a definition of minis. So, relax, like other projects, minis are as easy or as complex as you choose to make them.
