Quick Gifts in the Hoop: This class will give you some great ideas for Christmas gifts – and they’re all in the hoop! Different fabrics and designs, and you have gifts for all seasons. Kathi Lehman will show you all you need to do to make a mug rug or candle mat, a cute little zippered bag and a great gift set with a composition book cover and date/checkbook cover. 3 sessions – different project each session. Tearaway Stabilizer to fit 5 x 7 (240 x 150mm) hoop
Embroidery Thread (I use whatever I'm using on the monogram for the whole project)
Bobbin thread - pre-wound is fine. It won't show.
1 piece Lightweight batting or fusible fleece cut 6" x 8"
Main fabric (for front and lining) 2 pcs 6" x 9"
Contrasting pocket fabric - 2pcs 4 1/2" x 6"
Small scrap of fabric for monogram on front (I use a scrap of
the pocket fabric)
Small composition book (black cover - 3 for $1 at Dollar General)
