You may also want to bring along some of your own scrap stash. Learn Laura Heine's techniques to successfully create, secure, and quilt your work of art!
You will learn the process of Laura Heine Collage Quilting. Suggestions on quilting and finishing your quilt will be shared in this class.
There are basic tools that you will need to be successful in class. You will use and need these tools for future creations also. This project will finish at approximately 16in x 20in
Requirements:
- Laura Heine Teeny Tiny Collage Collection 13 Pattern
- Prairie Points fabric kit (highly recommended as this will allow us to complete the quilt within our class time)
- Karen Kay Buckley medium serrated edge scissors
- #2 Pencil
- 17in x 24in Silicone Appli-Fuse Mat
- 12" wide Steam-A-Seam 2, (No Substitutes), 4 yards
- Pattern Ease Foundation (19 x 23 piece)
- Rotary cutter and mat
- Sack lunch
You do NOT need to bring your sewing machine.
