Thank you for your continued support!
I loved seeing everyone again this past Friday and Saturday during our
second weekend of curb-side service. It was so much fun visiting with
you all on the phone and helping pick out supplies for your projects!
So I will plan to do this again next weekend, for anyone still needing supplies.
The curb-side pickup will only happen Saturday though. I have made arrangements
with a few vendors to get items delivered to my home. So I need to be available
in case something gets delivered Friday. Please see the curb-side process below.
Have a wonderful week!
Due to the "Shelter at Home" order, we continue to remain
closed for an indefinite period of time.
However, we are now offering limited curb-side service
between noon and 2 pm on Saturday only!
We know many of you are making masks to help the community
and that you are running your machines like crazy - so
we hope this will help!
Here's how it will work:
1. Call the shop at 309-692-4340 and leave a voicemail
message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
before 9 am on Saturday.
Sorry, Denise is not able to answer the phone because
she will be returning calls, pulling product to fill
orders and running out to cars to deliver them.
2. Please be sure to include in your message or email
a. Your name
b. Your phone number
c. Items you need and quantity of each
d. That you need your machine serviced.
3. Orders received before 9 am on Saturday will
be processed to be picked up that afternoon
between Noon and 2:00 pm.
4. Denise will contact you to confirm the items in your order,
your time for pickup and payment method.
5. For sewing machine service, Denise will contact you to fill out the
form over the phone and set up a time during the curb-side
service window to drop the machine at the shop.
All classes scheduled during this time have been cancelled,
postponed or rescheduled. We will keep you informed as
we know more. You will receive credit for any classes
you have already paid for.
Please stay home if you can and stay safe if you have to go out.
We'd love to see what you're working on while you're at home -
so please post pictures on Facebook and Instagram as linked below.
