Yes, we will honor those Aurifil coupons !!!
May 6, 2020
Thank you for your continued support!
Last Saturday was beautiful! I hope you all were able to get out and enjoy the sunshine!
I caught a few rays running out to cars for another Saturday of curb-side pickup.
It was nice to be able to take a few minutes to talk without having to dodge raindrops.
We have been considering adding a day during the week for pickup as well,
either Wednesday or Thursday. So stay tuned!
In the meantime, appointments for Saturday are already filling up!
If you are running low on anything be sure to send an email or leave
a voicemail on the shop phone.
Please see the curb-side process below.
Have a wonderful week!
Aurifil Club News!
A question that keeps coming up is "What about the April Aurifil Club coupon? "
Well, the short answer is yes, of course I will still honor your April coupon. You can
bring it in when we reopen in June and use it then or bring it to a curb-side pickup
before then, no problem! AND since March ended so abruptly I will honor
them as well, now through June.
But wait, there’s more!
As part of our plans for 2020 I ordered more cases!
They are empty this time but if you purchase one you will get coupons for
25% off one Aurifil thread for each month through the end of the year.
If you make your purchase in May that’s 8 coupons worth $28.
That’s like getting 2 spools of thread free! Here is the info for the Club -
Aurifil Thread Club - 2020
Just like last year, we are sponsoring another Aurifil Thread Club!
Purchase an empty Aurifil case and you will receive coupons, one for each month
through the end of 2020, for 25% off one large spool of Aurifil thread.
Even after you have used your coupon for the month you can still save!
Bring your box with you and get 15% off additional purchases of Aurifil thread!
We do ask that you follow a couple rules:
· Only you can redeem the coupon. Sorry, no phoning a friend.
· Coupon must be redeemed during that month.
(Except as we are allowing due to the shop being closed during May.
The case is only $8 and is currently discounted by 15%!
We would love to hear your color requests so we can add to our inventory!
Sorry, no variegated colors, only solids.
Due to the "Shelter at Home" order, we continue to remain
closed for an indefinite period of time.
However, we are now offering limited curb-side service
between noon and 2 pm on Saturday only!
We know many of you are making masks to help the community
and that you are running your machines like crazy - so
we hope this will help!
Here's how it will work:
1. Call the shop at 309-692-4340 and leave a voicemail
message or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
before 9 am on Saturday.
Sorry, Denise is not able to answer the phone because
she will be returning calls, pulling product to fill
orders and running out to cars to deliver them.
2. Please be sure to include in your message or email
a. Your name
b. Your phone number
c. Items you need and quantity of each
d. That you need your machine serviced.
3. Orders received before 9 am on Saturday will
be processed to be picked up that afternoon
between Noon and 2:00 pm.
4. Denise will contact you to confirm the items in your order,
your time for pickup and payment method.
5. For sewing machine service, Denise will contact you to fill out the
form over the phone and set up a time during the curb-side
service window to drop the machine at the shop.
All classes scheduled during this time have been cancelled,
postponed or rescheduled. We will keep you informed as
we know more. You will receive credit for any classes
you have already paid for.
Please stay home if you can and stay safe if you have to go out.
