Birthday Club Discounts Honored for March, April and May

For those of you who prefer not to come into
the store quite yet - we will continue our Curbside Service.

However, you can now call us and make arrangements for
Curbside Pickup anytime during our regular hours.
(See curbside guidelines below)

 

Additionally, we will offer two PRIVATE shopping appointments
in the store each day!!

Beat the "crowd" and have the store all to your self, with our staff there to assist you of course.
The only way to shop inside the store, by yourself, is to call and schedule an appointment.      
  Monday thru Friday at 10:00 or 11:00 am.
Both customers & employees MUST wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.

Appointments are already filling up!
Call, send an email or leave a voicemail on the store
phone for appointments, curbside pick-up or any questions.

 

Beginning at noon Monday - Friday and 10:00 am on Saturday,
 the store will now be open to the public.
(with a few restrictions)

     ~The number of customers allowed in the store at one time will be limited to 6. 
~Please call when you arrive to see how many customers are already in the store.

     ~Both customers & employees MUST wear a mask and maintain physical distancing.

     ~Hand sanitizer will be available at the front of the store for
customer use when entering and leaving the store. 
~Staff will continuously clean high touch areas between customers

AND the doors open.

Curbside Guidelines
1.  Call the store at 309-692-4340, leave a voicemail
message or email us at info@prairiepts.com. 
*Sorry, we are not always able to answer the phone because
we might be returning a call, pulling product to fill an
order or running out to a car to deliver an order.*

2.   Please be sure to include in your message or email
a. Your name
b. Your phone number
c. Items you need and quantity of each
OR
d. That you need your machine serviced.

3.  Generally orders will be filled and available the following day but we
will try to accommodate same day orders as time permits.

4. We will contact you to confirm the items in your order,
your time for pickup and payment method.

5. For sewing machine service, we will contact you to fill out the form over the phone
and set up a time during the curb-side service window to drop the machine at the store.
We will contact you again when your machine is returned to arrange a pick-up time.

Mask makers - you are in luck! 
We got in another shipment of elastic and interfacing - perfect for masks.

Birthday Club News

If you are in our Birthday Club and weren't able to claim your
birthday discount in March, April or May due to the SIP order,
we have not forgotten you! Just let us know and we'll honor it with
your June purchase!
If you would like to be in our Birthday Club and get a discount in
your birthday month, we can sign you up on your next visit! It's FREE!

"Rona" won't stop Kona!

Kona Club is still going on - and Club members will receive their
patterns and discounts for March, April and May!

As a special bonus - any member who calls or emails and orders a
minimum of 6 yards of Kona solids receives a FREE Kona calendar!



Become a member simply by purchasing a Kona Color card.
The club runs thru Dec 2020. Each month you will receive:

- A free pattern which focuses on the use of solids,
- 25% off the "Kona color of the month" which will be picked by different
staff members throughout the year.*
- 15% off Kona solid purchases all the time.*

You can use our curbside service (as described above) or bring it in now that
we are open! (*minimum 1/2 yard cut)

"What about those Aurifil Club coupon? ", you ask?
Well, the short answer is yes, of course we will still honor your March,
April and May coupons. You can bring them in now that the store is open,
or bring it to a curb-side pickup appointment- no problem! 
We will honor them now through June.

But wait, there’s more!

As part of our plans for 2020, we ordered more cases!
They are empty this time but if you purchase one you will get coupons for
25% off one Aurifil thread for each month through the end of the year.
If you make your purchase in May that’s 8 coupons worth $28.
That’s like getting 2 spools of thread free!  Here is the info for the Club -

Aurifil Thread Club - 2020

Just like last year, we are sponsoring another Aurifil Thread Club!

Purchase an empty Aurifil case and you will receive coupons, one for each month
through the end of 2020, for 25% off one large spool of Aurifil thread.

Even after you have used your coupon for the month you can still save!
Bring your box with you and get 15% off additional purchases of Aurifil thread!

We do ask that you follow a couple rules:

· Only you can redeem the coupon. Sorry, no phoning a friend.

· Coupon must be redeemed during that month.
(Except as we are allowing due to the shop being closed thru May.

The case is only $8 and is currently discounted by 15%!
