You may not see Don at the shop too often, but Don Snyder is a valuable member of the Prairie Points team. Don has been a service technician his entire working career; from cars to Caterpillar equipment to sewing machines, sergers and embroidery machines. He especially enjoys working on sergers and older model sewing machines. Don has been trained on all Husqvarna Viking models and is a certified technician. He keeps a large inventory of parts on hand to reduce customer wait time as much as possible. Don takes great effort to maintain a turn around time of a week or less.
