Store Policies
Our goal at Prairie Points is to provide you with quality quilting supplies. We have worked very hard to provide you with accurate descriptions and images for our online store. Please note that fabric colors may not be true on the website due to variances caused by photography and screen resolution differences.

We respect your privacy and will not sell your information to others.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Please note that we have a 9% sales tax. At this time, we will not accept checks for online purchases. Please call the shop to make arrangements. Item will ship after check has cleared.

Shipping and Handling
At this time we will be using USPS Priority shipping with a tracking number. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you.

We will strive to keep that cost to a minimum. For most orders, you will be charged for shipping only. There are some items that may need special packaging so additional fees may apply. You will be contacted if that is the case
We are unable to ship outside the United States at this time. If you have any questions about our shipping policies or rates, please contact the shop.

Fabric Purchases
Online fabric is sold by the yard with a minimum half (0.5) yard cut.

Return Policy
Sales on cut yardage, patterns, kits, books and software are final. Other items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days. Items must be in original packaging and saleable condition with no odor of smoke. You will receive a store credit on the returned item only not postage. The customer is responsible for return postage.
